A New Way To Read Confident Writing: Weekly Digest From Feedblitz

I’ve added a new service to Confident Writing which means you can now sign up for a weekly digest.

I figured it might be handy if you don’t have time to check the blog regularly but want to keep up to date with what I’ve been writing.

What you get is a list of the headlines from the last week, plus links so you can click to read anything that catches your fancy.

I’ve set it up to send once a week (on a Tuesday). It goes to your e-mail inbox via a provider called Feedblitz. I’ve been testing it for a while and it seems very straightforward at the user end.

If you’re interested you can sign up with this form.

I’ve also added the option to my subscribe options in the sidebar.

The other two subscription options are the RSS button if you like to read in a feed, and subscribe by e-mail from Feedburner. This e-mail option goes to your inbox whenever I post something on the blog, so it’ll arrive daily if I’m writing each day.

I’m hoping the three options will cater for most tastes!

Hi Joanna, the “stuff” scares me, too, but I checked to make sure I was signed in and I am. ;-)

That’s good - don’t want to lose one of my favourite readers!

I wish there was a simple way of setting it all up - but as new services come on stream I want to try and offer them and offer people a solution that works best for them.

    Joanna,

What a great idea to offer your readers so many options for accessing your blog’s content! This way, you’re better able to address each reader’s own preference and ensure that your blog remains a vital part of their online itinerary.

Jeanne, that’s the idea - I try to look out for things that will add value, but it’s a struggle sometimes when there are new widgets and gadgets introduced just about every day of the week!
