Improve your style with a critique of your writing

by Joanna on December 23, 2007

Constructive feedback can help to strengthen your writing style. A writing critique provides you with invaluable information on:

  • the most powerful dimensions of your style
  • the tone of your writing
  • the impression that you’re making, both initial and lasting

My writing critiques also offer suggestions on ways that you can:

  • clarify your message for a more powerful impact
  • structure your writing so it’s easier to follow
  • create rapport with your readers
  • cut out excess words
  • simplify your language

All you need to do is send me a piece of your writing (approx 750 to 1000 words) and tell me a bit about the context for it. After a quick e-mail chat to clarify the context and aims of your work and payment (in advance please), I’ll send you:

  • an annotated (pdf) version of your work
  • detailed comments and suggestions
  • revisions as appropriate
  • learning points and writing tips for you to take forward.

The writing critique service costs $50 per analysis. If you’re ready to take your writing to the next level just fill out the contact form we’ll take it from there.
