Writing Tips

Clarity: the power of one (audio show)

As some of you will know I’ve been thinking of ways to encourage people to take part in Blog Action Day next week (15th October). Getting ready for my own writing on the day both here and at Joyful Jubilant Learning I started wondering about ways that clarity can help us write with confidence on big and important issues like the environment.

And hey presto, the next Confident Writing podcast was born, in time for my regular Wednesday slot, and hitting my five minute target (well it’s 5:02 but I think a few seconds are okay amongst friends).

It explores the power of one to tell a clear and compelling message:

one perspective, one person’s words, one reader, one intention, one idea.

But you’ll have to tune in to the podcast to find out how!

You can tune in the show by following this link, or playing (or downloading) it from my GCast page. If you want to make sure you don’t miss future episodes you can also subscribe to the Confident Writing podcast feed.

This show is a contribution to my October focus on writing with clarity. Sign up for the (free) feed to follow the rest of the series.

Blog Action Day is on 15 October. For more tips on what to write on the day check out:
